It takes less time for Bill to just snap his fingers and shuffle the functions of every hole in DIO's face than for DIO to throw a punch to overwrite him.

For a punch you have to raise your arm, rear back, and then hit the target. At least two extra steps when compared to raising your arm and snapping.

Also he can pull off most of the things in his arsenal which would kill Dio due to the latter's lack of resistance to most of his arsenal. And since were on the topic of Reality Warping, afaik Dio's Reality Overwrite was stopped by Jotaro's own Reality Overwrite who proceeded to destroy Dio's hand and GG

So yeah, my vote still stays.
