Seems to me it's like one of those who goes first type deals since AP isn't Law's go to thing so it's not like he'll punch him. He'll go for his Room like most of the time.

Now the question is, how does Grimmon's Core thing work, and by work I mean does it have a pulse wave that needs to reach you, is it like Law's Room and is a door that must expand?.

I'll vote depending on how his core thing works.
 
Chrono DSR is an omnidirectional blast of multiple purple energy balls that degrades and destroys and then erases anything they touch (Including time and space). Or he can use it to de-age people or mind control others. Although his Mind Control is used in two different ways.
 
Hmm... I might go with Grimmon then.

While Law has an omnidirectional attack to he usually seems like the "wait for you to move" kind of guy so he can counter your attack or projectile with his room but I don't know what his reaction would be if a wave was coming at him. Considering some people would run, others would brace themselves for the hit but if he runs he'll need to expand his Room much further to get Grimmon which costs more stamina iirc.

Now if they both did use their moves first I might go with Law unless Grimmon's age or mind control happen Instantly. If Grimmon's effects happen Instantly, he wins as Law must still swing his sword and such.
 
Once Chrono DSR hits, the effects happen instantly as shown in the beginning of Dawn/Dusk when all the Digimon he hit were immediately turned to Digits Eggs. However, I should note that they still have all their memories and such.
 
When he attacked CITY he went for The De-aging and mind attacking version of Chrono DSR. Against ChaosGallantmon and Ophanimon, he immediately attacked their mind to mind control them as well as launching Chrono DSR when Sayo/Koh challenged him in CITY. In battle he will begin using the destruction version of Chrono DSR. Each time he was confronted in CITY he lead with Chrono DSR.
 
I wonder if I can get Grimmon to be a new spammed character...hmmmmmm.....
 
Well I can't make all the matches. Also, I don't really know the High 6-C Gods.
 
Although, I wonder how many have resistance to mind hax that's powerful enough to effect 2-A's.

I thought it didn't matter how strong they where unless their of a higher Dimension.
 
Well I didn't edit my comment correctly. At first I stated hax in general, but then edited it to "Mind Hax". I never removed "3-C" from my comment.
 
Now that I think about it....Grimmon fights are gonna turn into the Star Wars fights if he gets spammed....Oh no...
 
You know, I can debate Law actually winning thanks to SBA's starting distance, which leaves Grimmon inside Law's room range.

Even if those spheres are omnidirectional, Law still can use the environment to his advantage like he did with Smoker, and since they are fighting in Mt Coronet, there are plenry of rocks to block the sferes. That, coupled with the ability to teleport, may give him the win if he lands a blow.
 
Both can teleport. Chrono DSR destroys the rocks as it would destroy anything it comes into contact with. Mind Control is a thing as well. So how about that?
