So currently we rate Del at Building level for warping an entire cementary. This itself is a little lowballed given Del's power effected lands far beyond the cementary but that's neither here not there. Anyway, while warping the cementary, he also creates a pretty huge thuderstorm in the process which I calculated at Mountain level to Small Island level.

This would only scale to Del as far as I know.

I'm fine with the low end KE in that calc. Safer & more reliable than assuming the storm expanded completely as soon as it left the screen.

I prefer the low end as well. It's also supported by the C.A.P.E. end being relatively close to it.

The calc is wrong because we can never see the horizon from Del's perstective, however we can see it from nearly feet level yet sky is still visible. It's just above the horizon

Anyway i'm going to assume eye altitude of 0.20 m since the sky was still visible

Distance to the horizon - 1600 m

Average height for Storm Clouds is 13 km

Volume (assuming a cilinder) - ¤Ç*1600^2*13000 = 104552203511 m^3

Cloud density is 1.003 kg/m^3

Mass - 104552203511*1.003 = 104865860122 kg

Timeframes are still the same so:

57.49-51.97 = 5.52s - High-End

1:29:76-51:97 = 37.79s - Low-End

High-End:

1600/5.52 = 289.86 m/s

KE = 0.5*104865860122*289.86^2 = 4.4053529*10^15 J - 1.05 Megatons (Small City level)

Low-End:

1600/37.79 = 42.34 m/s

KE = 0.5*104865860122*42.34^2 = 9.3995234*10^13 J - 22.47 Kitotons (Town level)

Thanks for responding. Which end do you think is better to use?

Edit: Low end KE is the accepted value using the same method
