Godzilla's Instinctive Reaction...

I have a question regarding Godzilla's phased radar sensing, which gives him Instincive Reaction.

Does his radar work based off movement? Or does it work based off radiation? Im completely confused on how this works, so if someone could tell me how his sensing works i'd appreciate it.

Movement, in Shin Godzilla he was able to instinctively destroy a a small camera drone that was trying to get near him while he was in a dormant state, and he was able to shoot dozens of bombs that were being dropped on him from the sky with his dorsal lasers without even looking at them

Speaking of Shin: I've seen that Godzilla's Tier in Goji vs.Megaguirus hs been calculated by him boiling the water he was in. Shouldn't we do the same thing to Shin Godzilla's first form to calc his AP (since it's currently listed Unknow)?

No it was his natural body heat from evolving rapidly

I can link them when I get home but essentially whenever Godzilla undergoes a drastic evolution it gives off an immense amount of body heat to the point that it has to go back to the ocean to cool itself

No the feat from sensing was just him using up too much energy and temporarily going dormant to recharge

Because it can sense and attack things instinctively due to its radar, even while dormant
