Both are at 4-B

Iron Man is in his Model 51 Key.

This is Godzilla (Composite) being used.

Godzilla's Power Up's, Equipment's and Transformation's is allowed along with Iron Man.

Speed is equalized

Takes place at an empty galaxy

Who wins and why?

Iron Man: 11: A Stoned Orc, The Wright Way, Ionliosite, Unoriginal Memes, Newendigo, Torlikoff, Schnee One, Zark2099, Stalker Maggot, Hitty Smityu, Billy Hawks

3 questions to start with:

1. Godzilla is in base? or he has transformations and/or standard equipment?

2. How deep is Iron Man in Solar System level?

3 Both in character?

I wonder how much Reactive Evolution can change here on top of everything else Godzilla has now. It does allow him to do things like synthesize completely new elements and drastically reconfigure his body in less than a minute while being deprived of his source of energy. Going beyond IM's AP with enough time seems perfectly reasonable here (although how long it will take is impossible to tell), but that's probably the least of his problems.

I'd like to take this moment to remind everyone here that Godzilla's Possession and Soul Manip are useless against targets that aren't fodder (it was only successfully used against bats from Hell and, like, a baby, IIRC), and that Godzilla's Instinctive Reactions and Teleportation can't be used simultaneously (in fact, judging by the source material in G's profile about his teleportation, it isn't combat applicable at all, as the Godzilla that used it had to sacrifice her eyes among other things to survive the trip, and the timeframe of the teleportation is never spoken of; it could have taken seconds, or it could have taken hours, it isn't clear).

Also, Iron Man resists Sound Manipulation, has Power Null, can become intangible to phase through forcefields, and has insane energy absorption, among other things.

You're thinking of Spatial Manipulation resistance, not casual teleportation.

Plus sacrificing eyes means nothing when he can grow eyes all over his body here and use motion detection (and then every single type of enemy detection physically possible if that proves to be useless).

Not the point. We literally have no idea the mechanics of Godzilla's teleportation, other than it can cause him physical harm. Not sure why you brought up spatial resistance.

Okay, so, except for the Warp Item, Resistance to Spatial Manipulation and Teleportation on Godzilla link to excerpts from the same image, neither of which refute my point:

As for the Warp Item, isn't it a one-use only item that teleports you to a random point in the same level in the game it was used in?

I brought it up because that's what required sacrificing eyes, not just teleportation. Was editing previous post, so:

The bats weren't exactly fodder as they chewed through his Dwarf Star level flesh.

How far does Power Null go and how does it work anyway? I really doubt it just nullifies everything as that's NLF. Things like Reactive Evolution aren't any different from normal processes like breathing and processing visuals.

Probability manipulation could help also transformations since he gets 59x stronger
Pretty sure a 59x boost is by its nature not allowed if this thread is intended to be added to their profiles.

The bats were completely fodderized by Godzilla until they swarmed him in numbers too great for him to destroy easily. Just because a lot of small bats chewed holes in him doesn't mean they're comparable in AP to him at all, that's just PIS/outlier territory.

As for the Power Null, it's through the Neutrino Ray: "A concentrated stream of sterile neutrinos that emit dark radiation, capable of counteracting radiation-based powers even against the likes of Hyperion."

Soooo...Iron Man nulls Godzilla's regen and many of his other powers; plus, he has this: Energy Conversion Power Recharge: The armor is also able to absorb and convert nearby or far away energy sources, such as thermal, solar, electrical, electromagnetic, radioactive, geothermal, kinetic, acoustic and even magical into electricity. Used recover energy and augment his strength.

Eating Godzilla's flesh is literally their only feat before possession. It can't be an outlier if there's nothing else. That and it wasn't holes. Literally nothing but bones were left.

Godzilla doesn't need radiation to regenerate at this point and Reactive Evolution means he can switch to something else entirely. Having his nuclear reactor completely shut down didn't stop him from begining to grow numerous large humanoid Godzillas from his tail in a short period of time. There's nothing stopping him from using electromagnetic force to shoot particle beams instead of atomic breath.

What's the highest energy output that was converted by it?

TL;DR I'm voting Iron Man for the following reasons:

Neutrino Ray: Nulls Godzilla's radioactive powers.

Energy Conversion Power Recharge: Can absorb Godzilla's energy to restore his armor's charge and augment his armor's power.

Ghost-Tech: Allows him to become intangible, negating the use of many of Godzilla's other, non-radioactive-based abilities such as Big G's dura-negating sound wave, and pass through Big G's forcefields.

Zero-Point Forcefield: "Armor can manipulate zero-point energy fields as a mean of protection or/and nullification of any form of energy on quantum level, including magic."

Repulsor Ray: Durability Negation.

Telepathic Inhibition/Psychic Forcefield: Blocks things like Mind Control and telepaths/psychics on the level of Charles Xavier and Red Onslaught, allowing Tony Stark to resist Godzilla's Mind Control.

Magnetic Compact Module: "Used magnetic field to polarize the target. Multiple modules could be used to polarize the target with mutually opposing states making the atoms of the target repel one another." Iron Man could literally stick some of these on Big G and make his atoms repel each other, tearing him apart on the atomic level.

Plus, Iron Man has an AP advantage, and is a tier above Big G when it comes to intelligence.

Neutrino Ray is basically useless, but the rest is more than enough. Ghost Tech and Energy Conversion would be enough to negate Godzilla's attempts at anything.

Stark FRA. Is it just me, or do Marvel 4-Bs just sort of checkmate Big G? Pretty sure he already lost to Ghost Rider.

Godzilla's main weakness so far is intangibility. Doesn't matter what he can do when he can't even hit the enemy. The funny thing is that this is '''exactly''' what would have gotten him killed if it weren't for screaming protag in the Planet Eater movie.
