Without his shield to throw and block/deflect incoming blasts, Cap will be fighting an uphill battle. His only real shot at winning this would be to engage in close combat, where he has a massive skill advantage (Though if Marks 2-5 are capable of analyzing Cap's fighting pattern, Stark might still be able to somewhat hold his own) Otherwise, Stark has much better AP, Lifting strength, range, mobility (with flight), and versatility. Stark should take this as long he uses his flight to stay at a distance while firing with everything he has. Cap can't avoid the barrage forever, but he can't easily close the gap if his opponent can just fly away from him.
