Giygas vs The Authority

So since Giygas beat Ogon a bit too easily, I decided to throw him at a tougher opponent. This is 7-A Giygas, otherwise known as Giegue, of course.

Anyway, Giegue not having Passive Void manip ain't no problem (cause it's 7-A) he still has his (Passive since his mere presence caused global chaos and caused Inanimate object to come alive to attack Ninten.) Mind Hax and Negative Empathic Manipulation (as well as Reality warping) He also holds the AP advantage due to being superior to Maria's Magicant, Which has shown to have multiple mountains in the background.

What can The Authority do?

I don't know what the Authority does in character, but looking at his profile, soul manipulation, matter manipulation and mind-reading would all be problematic for Giygas. Mind manipulation too, if Giygas doesn't have a way around that.

He also seems to be more intelligent and far more experienced too.

I mean Giegue starts with it (again, Instantaneous Mind Hax) Though, yeah those hax would be somewhat of a problem to Giegue. But what Giegue has would also be a problem to the Authority. How good is his Mind Hax, what can he specifically do with it? Mind reading shouldn't be too much of a problem for Giegue as he went up against Ninten who also has Telepathy (he also has that and telekinesis.)

Shouldn't you change it to Giegue instead of Giygas? Since that's his name in his 7-A key?
