That's quite why I don't want this kind of compromise, because it leads to clusters like this. It's canon or is not, simple as that.

I'm for to discard 2-A for being safer tho.

In that case I'd agree, being given free grounds to do whatever you write isn't necessarily the same as being canon- Heck it's as non-canon as it gets, if Itoi had supervision it'd have been better but this is just him telling the mangaka his blessing, which isn't really the same thing.

Mostly agreement with all downgrades and CRT's proposals. As for cosmology, most people choose an option of 2-C/2-B one instead of 2-A, aka manga will be considered as non canon to games.

So far for now quite simple.
