I still gotta watch Season 3 so no input till then. But going by just S1+S2 Alucard, Giorno probably wins due to having an invisible, invincible punch ghost, damage deflection (which absolutely works here) and Alucard not having many long range attacks or AOE. The sword is a issue but I'm pretty sure GE can just cockblock it due to this Alucard not having NPI and GE likely being physically stronger (Given GE could bounce cars casually).

Plus Giorno's healing is more applicable in a match. Alucard while he has regen, takes a bit, Giorno, ironically doesnt have regen, but can make use of it quite well, plus GE can transmute the sword.
