So I was re reading part 5 to get ready for the new anime, and would you look at that, within the 2nd major fight of the series I found 2 powers that Giorno has that he is missing. Have the scans for them right here:

Transmutation, as an application for his life creation. He turned a fence into vines. Probably would not be able to use it on the living tho

Age Manipulation, as he can use his life manipulation and exaust their life spans.
