I think that he's actually saying that he can simply freeze large amounts of water in the sea (as in, per se, creating an Ice Berg), not an actual entire sea.

Ghiaccio may be arrogant as ****, but he's the kind of guy who'd always go for facts and hates things or statements which doesn't make sense. I think he's right about how he can freeze raging seas. Stating that you yourself can specifically freeze roaring train engines or raging seas doesn't seem like a hyperbole to me. It goes against his character.

I've voiced issues with this. Ghiaccio only states as such, and, in context, he's basically bragging about being invincible. NOT a reliable source of information.

Ghiaccio hates hyperboles and inconsistencies tho.

We still would not know the time span, so the feat is unquantifiable.

We don't need a timeframe for freezing feats that work in a single quick attack. That is all.

We should probably close this thread.

Ghiaccio hating hyperbole and being overly literal doesn't mean he can't be wrong, and that he isn't arrogant.
