ID: New HR scaling

The Heavenly Record/Celestial Foundation had been accepted as likely Low 1-C in this thread. This thread basically deal with who will scale to the HRs

Spoiler: AP and Durability

• CFE whose it’s job devouring HRs would scale.
• Gods who comparable to CFE would scale.
• Being who could fight comparable to gods will scale.

Put it simply, their AP and Durability will change from simply "2-A" to "2-A, likely Low 1-C"

Spoiler: Range

• Gods and CFE would have their range upgrade to 2-B, Likely Low 1-C.
• Worldview Holders who can affect the entire Heavenly Record would also scale to 2-B, Likely Low 1-C

Spoiler: Abilities and Resistance

• Since the likely Low 1-C related to HR, the gods and CFE would have their Conceptual Manipulation Type 1, Information Manipulation Type 2 and space-time manipulation at (likely 5-D)
• HDE (4D, likely 5D) for CFE because it embodies and contain countless HRs in itself. Gods will have likely 5D for their HDE related to mind only because only higher order mind comparable to them can perceive CFE.
• Resistance to CM 1 and IM 2 (Related to destruction) for CFE since it can survive in the environment of the Sea which passively destroy any worlds without canopy and all worlds being conceptual in nature. This also would include the world core, which comprises of information make up the world and its inhabitant and any alteration upon it would impact everything at once)

EDIT: Forgot to put this, CFE will now have Large Size (Type 9, likely Type 10) in related to its HDE
