Yea, Flash blitzes Genos. It's possible that Genos could attack with an incineration cannon that blasts the entire area like he was prepared to do with Sonic before Saitama interrupted the fight, but he'd still be too slow to react. This seems to be a stomp.

Even in that scenario Flashy would likely outrun the AOE attack. Things would appear in slow mo in comparison to him like how things appeared in the Hellfire and Gale fight, and that fight was at a much faster pace than what Genos and 99% of the other heroes and monsters can do

On a different note, should the Flashy Flash vs Atomic Samurai fight from last year still count even with speed equalized now, we see more feats of skill from him and some more direct scaling with Golden and Platinum S?

That fight's already been removed because with new feats from Flash and a change in tiers, Flash would probably stomp.

Ah. Last time I checked it was still around. They're in the same tier AP wise but Flash is just higher into it and has better durability even in speed equalized
