@Adem It's called universe-sized flower field once in the anime (ep. 249), which all the guides follow. Basically, it's one statement repeated multiple times, not really confirmed.
Well guides state it as a fact, so the're confirming it. (Unlike the afterlife having slower Time)

If this is taken to face value then it actually could be a Universal Feat;ÒüéÒü«õ©û
The World Beyond
A spiritual world where souls that have lost their physical bodies exist. It is the so-called world after death, as well as a world where the Kami who govern the entire universe reside. Also called the "Heavenly Realm." It is divided into the four smaller worlds of the Enma Realm, the Kaiou Realm, the Kaioushin Realm, and Hell, and each realm is governed by King Enma, the Kaiou, and the Kaioushin. The manager for Hell is King Enma.
[Par.] All lifeforms are sent to the Enma Realm as souls when they die. There, their conduct while alive is judged by King Enma, and their afterlife destination, either going to Heaven, or going to Hell, is decided. Postmortem souls have the same form they had during life, but the dead have rings on top of their heads like angels. Because of this, you can distinguish residents of the World Beyond. (Daizenshuu 4, Page 72)
Then can't we have "High 4-C, possibly 3-A via the Dead Zone"?

Wouldn't this be a blatant outlier regardless of if it's a legit feat or not?

Spoilers, it isn't

Well it's Garlic Jr's entire goal for the entire pilaf Saga, it can't be an outliar, like how Thanos destroying 1/2 life in the universe isn't an outliar, or the Anti-Monitor's infinite - 5 universea busting isn't also an outliar.

Even if the black hole was legit 3-A, how would it affect GJ's AP and dura? Especially since he got ****** over by it twice.

Well we can add "possibly 3-A via dead Zone"? as it was going to consume a universe size planet.

We don't treat heaven as 3-A tho.
Even if that is the case the definition above states that its the World Beyond in it's entirety.

"Also called the "Heavenly Realm." It is divided into the four smaller worlds of the Enma Realm, the Kaiou Realm, the Kaioushin Realm, and Hell,......."

@Goji It doesn't scale to physical stats, we've all agreed on that.
