Game Mechanics [Fortnite Battle Royale Edition]

How do we determine stats if a game is 100% mechanics and no lore?

Examples:

The Player can destroy a wall completely with a pickaxe / gun, would that make them wall level or would it be game mechanics?

The Player can take roughly 2 1/2 rare 'M16' shots before dying. Would we scale durability from guns (probably an average of all guns as the damage values are inconsistent) and the energy of their real-life counterparts or use something else?

Or will we just forget the game altogether and scale off these?

Going by feats

Fortnite characters are capable of destroying trees, large boulders, vehicles, walls, kitchen appliances such as ovens and fridges, among other things with a few swings, they'd be solid Wall level

Fortnite characters can destroy large trees and vehicles with pickaxe, but they can resist easily the damage caused by it. The pickaxe deals a damage of 10 against other players and 50 when is used against objects.

Weapons such as assault rifles deals a low damage against pre-made structures but can easily kill another player.

That's the problem, the pickaxe dealing 10 damage to other player is clearly game mechanics (admitted by Epic). The damage done by weapons to structures are quite high, if not higher then the damage to players.

Stamina: Infinite
Where does comes this? Personally I think that this is a game mechanic because is very common to see characters in video games being capable of running through the entire map, unless it has a canon confirmation (for example, in CoD: BO3, the codex states that the limbs of the main character can are able to function at high levels of exertion for over a week )

Also, if Fortnite characters have limitless stamina, why do they get tired after jumping more than 3 times?

You're correct, I was thinking of changing it to Unknown but I cba. It's clearly GMs as the infinite running and reduced jumping contradict it, feel free to change it
