So Stein will have to close the gap here. He does have his enhanced senses to avoid Faust’s attacks and he doesn’t seem that skilled in comparison to Stein who scales above Black Star who fought Kishin Asura. Faust’s best moves seems to his poison and false black holes but the LS gap likely stops Stein being forced into either of them since the poison is just a bottle. Faust also has nothing for durability negation or electricity manipulation which instantly knocked out Black Star.

I think I’ll vote Stein.
