The above Powers & Abilities should be listed in the P&A as "Insert Hax" Via Incantation Orbs (Insert description of Orb and what they do)
They should also be listed in Standard Equipment if they are things she regularly uses.

I think it's more intangibility than invulnerablity, because when she appearance, it seem like her body is a light itself

It's doesn't work like that, she still can be touched by anything but physical damage can't. When she got attacked by physical damage, it won't reached SD body

invulnerablity is immune an attack interact to them like superman, Berserker (Fate Stay Night), ... Supreme Deity doesn't possess physical body, so physicsl attack could phrase through her body
