I'm wondering if Flash could beat like 50/50 of Nasuverse top tiers and basically put Flash on the same spot as the Nasuverse top tiers in the MFTL+ list.

Speed steal doesn't hurt her but I assume there is other stuff that also doesn't hurt within Nasuverse that also wouldn't work?

Oh, probably not then. Most of them have an Authority backing, so unless his time manip is absurdly above baseline 2-A, it probably isn't happening
