Asgore's Soul Manipulation isn't that OP, it may allow him to ignore Durability but only to an extent, he isn't going to oneshot, not when Rando had the edge in AP/Dura.

For Danmaku, it would be hard but the guy its supposed to be a experienced martial artist, so he could potentially avoid most of the attacks.

Asgore has had thousands of years of experience himself, and Rando has zero experience in dodging danmaku.

But you have to remember that Asgore spend most of that time ruling the Underground, rather than fighting, he may train to don't lose touch of his combat skills, but he didn't fought that many battles over the many thousands of years trapper in the mountain.

And yes, Rando doesn't have much experience again danmaku but he guy is supposed to be an expert in martial arts and he was able to become a feared warlord despire his peaceful nature, it isn't impossible to him to adapt again danmaku.

Well, to be fair, Asgore consistently trains with Undyne, and has so much skill that he can casually avoid all of her attacks without fighting even back (based on her own claim's, she's only hit him once), meanwhile Undyne is meant to be a skilled and seasoned warrior with some decent combat experience.

And that's how many times she's HIT him, not even beat him. Undyne considers herself fighting opponents to be similar to Mercy compared to what Asgore can do.
