Fairy Tail 100 Year Quest Discussion Thread: Post-Void Saga

Ah yes, best girl Jellal. Unironically true tho. White Jellal > most girls

August and Irene don’t scale to a casual 5-A feat.

and the haku fight is a feat for Wendy not an anti feat for haku, like wtf 😂
A feat that is debatable with how DDK could not do something that Human DGs could, and Irene was the one that reacted to Haku’s speed, not Wendy.

At what point does Selene say she was lying? Where’s the confirmation of that? Because until we get confirmation of that, you’re just choosing to ignore a very blatant scaling statement because it doesn’t fit your preconceived notions of the scaling. There are many caviats to every feat you presented

Ugh, you probably also think Irene is above the DDSK’s
Is reading comprehension that hard for you? If a character says "The sky in the other world is green" and then chapters later it turns out to be red, We don't need the character to specifically say they were lying. Their statement has already proven to be false. Selene's statement of her being "no match" for Suzaku in her human form has proven to be a false multiple times.

Not only that she said shouldn’t mind losing to her son’s power which would be another piece of evidence.

Yeah like she literally announced she was going to let herself lose a chapter before it happened. The whole fight was fake.

She even calls it a distortion, and that is something she values more than anything.

Btw, the fact that Selene said that the 4 DSK's together would be able to help her take out the other DG's is further support for them being 5-A.

But they are taken out by characters not of that level And even amused at their defeat.

Things to note about scaling

1. Dogramag is the weakest of the Dragon Gods, but still worthy enough to be called a Dragon God and is extremely strong compared to every other Dragon, such as Igneel, who can practically match the Acnologia who's equal to the Five Dragon Gods

2. When Dogramag died, his magic power created the Labyrinth, with this Labyrinth being his true power, and this Labyrinth continues to radiate Dragon God levels of power. Reminder! The Labyrinth being a result of his "true" power would mean his Dragon Form, not his Human Form. We especially know this since the second Dogramag was alive, he was in his Dragon Form. So his Dragon Form created the Labyrinth. This explains why someone like Suzaku couldn't break the walls, since he scales to casual Human Form Dragon Gods, not Dragon Form Dragon Gods. Still doesn't explain why Human Form Ignia can nuke em, but whatever

3. Dogramag states that he can't use his "Real Power" right after waking up. He says this right after deactivating his Dragon Form, so by being unable to use his "Real Power", he very likely means he can't use his Dragon Form's power right away. His Human Form isn't nerfed lower than what his Human Form normally is power wise. He's nerfed because he can only use his Human Form power right now

4. Dogramag researched and knows about Natsu's power and therefore thinks Natsu could be a good match for him

5. Base Natsu and Base Suzaku can tank hits from Dogramag just fine, but can't damage him at all. This is fine as it's Base Natsu and Base Suzaku, who we know are only casual Human Form Dragon God level

6. Base Suzaku can hurt Human Form Selene, but cannot hurt Human Form Dogramag, meaning Human Form Dogramag is more durable than Human Form Selene, but in terms of AP, he is weaker

So in general, nothing has been actually contradicted. As we know, Base Natsu and Base Suzaku are still nowhere near the full power of a Human Form Dragon God, they are only comparable to their casual levels of power, so them being unable to damage Human Form Dogramag makes sense. Not to mention Dogramag seems to be a defensive based fighter, so his defenses being way higher than his AP is consistent. The walls come from Dragon Form Dogramag's power, so them being unable to broken by Base Natsu and Base Suzaku also makes sense.

Does Natsu have 5-A durability now in base from tanking hits from Dogramug (alongside Suzaku)?

We'll discuss that at the end of the fight, but so far, it's looking that way, yeah

Natsu's a tank confirmed
Seriously though, Pre-Elentear Natsu was tanking beatings from Aldoron, and now he's tanking hits from Dogramug.

And IIRC he was tanking hits from people well above him in the original series too.

Also, I kinda think we should remove the Limit Break keys, as that was just a one-time thing, and it isn't something they can normally access.
