I'm pretty sure you should at least have a theme, name, and all the other stuff, even if WHY is picking your verses and powers, because otherwise you might not get stuff that plays in a way you like.

Basically just magical effects that are funny. Like how in DND I prefer to not choose obvious and conventional spells with obvious and conventional effects, like fireball or haste- and instead use a spell that is just funny for the most part like enlarge/reduce

If you want to get back into this RP but don't know what to do, just tell me. I'll try to help. Please keep in mind that the hax cap for this set barely goes up.

Fourth Set:

• New tier is 7-C.
• New speed is Supersonic+ travel speed and Massively Hypersonic combat and reaction speed.
• Everyone has Class M lifting strength.
• The range limit is Planetary, except for Dimensional Travel.
• The regen cap is still Mid, Low-High for chosen powers.
• Stat amps still caps at 6x, but chosen powers that amp stats can go up to 10x. People that have support abilities as their theme can boost others past the stat amp cap, but they can only boost the base stats of others.
• A new rule is that chosen powers can't be copied in any way whatsoever from this point.

Other than that it works the same as before (except for things I may have forgotten to write down right now).
