Theoretically it would take mid-high, since radiation poisoning works by stopping cell division, and everything up to mid-high requires cell division. Though that's assuming every cell in your body is affected by the radiation.

If you can't fix your DNA, every time you regenerate, you regenerate giant lumps of tumorous flesh.
