[Adaptations goes away after the battle so no. Adaptation gives me as many advantages as possible during the battle so I would get more resistance ot psychic attacks]

With a combination of precognition and calculations, I use my breath to blow back the fires, manipulating the spoons to move out of the way and continues refracting, using every bit of my analysis to predict your movements and hit you with my beams.

The two Whyrs reflect the heat vision and one of them stops time, teleports to Randall and tries to use death manipulation on him. The other moves back while time is stopped.

Since I've alre foreseen this attack and Whyr's movements, I've made it so that there is enough refraction of heat vision around me that block your advance to keep you from directly assualting me

Since I already saw the beams form around Randall when I used time stop I shapeshift my arm to fit between the beams and still touch him.

The extra time you've taken to shapeshift allows me enough time to break free of the time stop and move back, using my refraction and adding additional beams with my heat vision.
