@Everything12 Already explained RDE, in addition he has psychic chill which is passive soul + mind + fear + paralysis + ice manipulation.

This isn't even getting into his active stuff like putting ppl to sleep by willing it, controlling others bodies by willing it, fragrance manipulation of all things that cause ppl to ignore him, sealing, resistance negation etc etc.
