Enlighten me, why is Devil May Cry Universe level now?

So the 3-A is just a lowball and 2-C is still up there as a possible upgrade for DMC OwO
I've mentioned before that I will be making a separate CRT to discuss all the details and feats that were glossed over in the original 3-A thread (simply because it was going on too long). I will be mentioning the possibility of 2-C DMC.

If only Bayonetta wasn't a tier 4 verse right now, it getting a tier 3/2 upgrade would have been really hilarious at a time like this

Hey, GoW got one, DMC got one, seems like 'tis the season for feats that will eventually be called wank.

@Dark That's exactly why it would have been hilarious, if Bayonetta had a more "earthbound" power level like those verses, SAO and Kung Fu Panda if we're lucky.

I am still curious why Bayonetta has not been upgraded yet given how blatant the evidence is. I mean, I doubt it's just because of laziness, but I don't really see any problem with the feat. If I remember correctly, Bayonetta fought Jubileus while Jubileus was in a weakened state, were any of the other villains who would be scaled here also weakened in any way?

Nope, hell in the same game after the Jubileus fight she actually fought Father Rodin who is only slightly below a full power Jubileus, and in Bayonetta 2 she fought a full power Aesir

Wasn't there a Low 2-C statement about the gods or something. I vaguely remember something like that.

Oh, don't worry. I'm just trying to remain knowledgeable on the subject. It's been a while since I played the first Bayonetta, and I haven't played Bayonetta 2 yet (though I certainly intend to). I just want to remain knowledgeable on the subject. I imagine that, since Jubileus in her weakened state is considered equal to Queen Sheba that her being at all comparable to Rodin would be an outlier. But I don't see any problem with Bayonetta fighting a full power Aesir, unless that would fall under the outlier category too (again, haven't played the game, not sure how many feats she has or if they are "limit-indicating"). Overall, it seems pretty solid, provided there are arguments against the outlier rebuttal like there were in the 3-A DMC thread.

There are more feats than just fighting Father Rodin and Aesir
Very well. I'll do some good research into Bayonetta myself before you make the CRT, since it seems like quite an interesting CRT that I would enjoy getting involved with.

Do you use discord? We can talk there
Yes, actually, we can talk there. I'll contact you on your message wall with my details.

Boi I wanna hear this lol (hit me up on Discord)
Wait, were you talking to me or Weekly? XD

Off-topic but how would DMC and Bayonetta fare to an open-world style with hijackable cars and parkour?

At this point, who hasn't busted a universe?

I love how this thread has escalated to "everyone is universal!"
I mean... it's almost true at this point. XD
