Hm... As long as Sakuya isn't being touch by the feather, his ability doesn't work. And she could just dealt with his Loop transform by shrinking the space surrounding him to a small area. Even in normal speed Sakuya is FTL, so he can't react to 1. In 2 and 3, she could just erase time to win, since parameter can't be change if it's disappear. (or so I think right now)
