Hello, so I think I should start this now

This thread was not finished, as it would lead to Estark being low 2-C, possibly 2-C too, but I think a blanket 2-C would be better. I based the Goddess being low 2-C off of her creating a universe, but she created the Dragon Quest VIII universe, which was once two universes, and was able to divide the Dragon Quest V universe into three parts.

Given this, could I make the low 2-Cs in DQV and IV to be 2-C?
