From what I remember, I think they pretty heavily imply that it has pretty high amounts of weight and density as shown with Goku's original struggle in lifting it

0.75 times 3 is 2.25 c tho
Zamasu's calc itself is 0.744 c, which I later redid to be 0.7455 c.

Are you really going to bring the Solar Flare to disprove FTL speed?
Aside that Kid Goku already outspeeded the Solar Flare in his fight with Tien, nearly all Solar Flare instances worked mostly because either the characters where off guard (like Krillin, Future Trunks, Vegeta, Android 16 and Android 18), were not aware of such technique (like Dodoria, Frieza and Oozaru Vegeta) or a mix of both (like Tien), also the Solar Flare's effectiveness its due of the light intensity, its speed was never stated to be a major factor.
And all of this doesn't debunk the fact that back in the OG series and Early DBZ Ki Attacks have been show to move at near lightspeed via Master Roshi and Piccolo's feats and that the characters have been show to be fast enough to react and keep up with each other energy attacks.

Solar Flare actually converts Ki to Light Energy. So it can be any speed the user is capable of reaching.

The tiers themselves thankfully do not change, they are still barely MFTL+ in namek. I would have pulled my hair if I had to edit all that over again.

Nah, Frieza Saga SSj1 Goku should still reach Massively FTL+ via the KK10 statement.
0.54341588539896*4*10*50 = 1086.83177c.
And Buu Saga Saiyans are Massively FTL in Base in anycase by scaling above Shin.

It's still relativistic+ but it just went from over 0.74c to over 0.54c, which is about a 27% decrease.

Freeza will lose his likely MFTL+ rating. And Goku's rating has to be edited to not include his Kaioken x20 key.
