Upgrade Buuhan to Low 2-C via Environmental Destruction for potentially being able to destroy the universe by opening bunch of holes
This is non combat feat and scales to nobody.

AND ALSO, BUUHAN ISN'T DESTROYING THE UNIVERSE BY POKING HOLES IN IT. HE RIPS OPEN HOLES IN THE WALL BETWEEN DIMENSIONS, ALLOWING OTHER REALMS TO BREACH INTO THEIR SPACE AND CRUSH THE UNIVERSE. SO TECHNICALLY, THE ENVIRONMENTAL DESTRUCTION FEAT SHOULDN'T EVEN GO TO HIM.
