Yeah, but it's just Piccolo, the only thing he did is that Piccolo skipped leg day, going from being SJ2 Lever to half different from Rof tournament

Actually, that body should’ve. It was Goku a year into the future due to the Time Ring’s Time Travel to skip the wish cooldown. But they never address it, soooo…?

Zamasu seems to have taken Goku's body at the beginning of the super, that's why he doesn't have divine transformations of red or blue hair, we can also notice Goku's clothes

 
Luffy, two things.
  1. Firstly, Zamasu only discovered Goku through GodTube after the events of the Tournament of Destroyers.
  2. Secondly, Goku farms throughout the events of the Super anime. For example, during episode 77 of the Universe Survival Saga. That is his occupation.
Goku Black did not have access to Goku's techniques, including his divine transformations, because he lacked knowledge of the latter's body.
We see Black steadily expand his arsenal of techniques through combat with and further studying of the present timeline's Goku.
 
If I had a nickel for everytime someone says Goku didn't get stronger and was just getting more skilled, experienced and mastered his transformations I would have 3 nickles, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened thrice.

I mean, even if feats deny that, it has been stated several times that Goku and Vegeta reached their peak and couldn't get stronger anymore.

Though they supposedly stopped getting Zenkais since Frieza Saga

Yeah. This is also part of why Zamasu needed the Time Ring. The Super Dragon Balls had JUST been used in the Tournament, so to skip the cooldown period he took the Time Ring and went into the Future. This means the body Black has a year older than our Goku's (plus the time Zamasu spent in it terrorizing Trunks' timeline). Given the Tournament of Power happens and the Super Dragon Balls have naturally come off cooldown (meaning a year has passed) his body has either gone through the Tournament of Power or was just about to. Considering we see Goku farming in the USS in Epi 77, you can easily headcanon it was this moment. Regardless, yeah, Black has to "slowly" accrue the power he has across the arc, so there isn't an inconsistency because him not having abilities from the ToP or after would either be he hasn't mastered the body yet or his body is from shortly before that moment if you assume he really did "master" Goku's body like he claimed.

If he trained and could achieve forms like Freeza does then I guess he could achieve a Black Cell form after years and years of training like Freeza did but whether or not Kaio-Ken can stack with Black is completely unknown.

So in the end Cell pretty much just becomes Freeza with IT and Regeneration. Hey wait a second...

Given gohan beast and orange piccolo I vastly disagree on freiza being the only relevant party. Even rage trunks implies all sayains (or at least our half sayains) do have the potental to reach godly levels even without God ki.

The ToP only happened due to Goku going there to remind Zeno of it, and due to the 2 Zenos, after the Black Arc, which was never completed in the timeline where Black stole his body as, after Goku went there to investigate Zamasu, instead of the normal events we saw, Zamasu was able to kill gowasu and then time travel, therefore we can't say that this Goku went through the ToP or that it was even close to, it is too different from the main timeline already

Yeah but these people argue Goku hasn't gotten any stronger since the freezer arc.

The two Zenos had nothing to do with that decision. It was specifically because Goku was reminded me of it by Beerus. Something that only happened because Goku “got rusty,” off-screen. Which, by your logic, since Black didn't happen in that Timeline, would happen sooner.

Dragojbball Multiverse authors thinks Gokus base form isn't stronger then Freiza end of z lol and they can't surpass Ultimate Gohan
 
Also Grand Priest should not be “DBS Anime”/“DBS Manga”, it should just be “Anime” and “Manga”. Same for Goku Black’s profile and Jiren’s

Cause no one bother with naming i suppose. Also didn't Toei Goku involved both Anime and Movies??, name him DBZ Anime do not make sense

And classic anime probably because people used to address Toei original anime like that, this also happened with Sailor Moon

One of them cause they didn't want the others to be stronger than freezer.

Another one used the Kili conversion to argue Goku remained at the same level.

The other was just throwing it as a suggestion in a forum a while ago while discussing Super Saiyan Multipliers.

It's not that they can't get stronger or that Zenkai's don't work anymore. The benefits are just smaller because they've hit certain ceilings.

Yeah, but it's not only about Zenkais.

The lattest arcs, specially Cell Max, seemed to imply that they hit their ceiling of power level, and that all they can do now is improve their Ki control to reach a higher level like Jiren's.
