Demiurge waves his hand and it spawns a big ass wall of hellfire that soul damages to nigh-instantly destroy the opponent's soul(And mind since they're one in the same in Overlord)

I'd note that I think Frieza's planet nuking death beam should persist after death, I'm not 100% on that tho, so counted

it doesn't destroy the soul as far as we know, but considering the fact the only people it's been used on didn't have any resistance to soul manip and they died after being hit by it, it prob shouldn't matter?

Doesn't Frieza resist body + soul EE? Idk how far soul damage would go in that case, but idr if resisting soul destruction does anything for soul damage on the wiki

He puts his hand out, says "Dimensional lock" and teleportation is restricted. Don't know about the invis nuke but either way it doesn't mean very here

This seems like an Incon match.
Frieza is literally infinitely stronger and could probably spit on him and kill him.
But Den has the Hax. His hellfire affects the soul which Frieza doesn't resist
