I just checked it: you're right. Several Xenoverse characters got upgraded to High 3-A and or Infinite speed because of the CRT.

In fact, the games have counter evidence for this, because of Dragon Ball super, so no Infinite Universe for the games, unless there is something for the canon that contracts the Toei Infinite Universe.

canon would be 6 universes due to being 1/10th of his ikari, but downscaling in tier 2 was a hot mess back in the days with beerus and champa feat so idk

Maybe just: Varies (His power fluctuates), usually 5-B (He was shown at minimum to have a Battle Power of A which is stronger than [character], and it could grow up to B making him more powerful than [another character]), 5-A as an Oozaru (Becomes ten times stronger)

Sorry Luffy, but Toei is canon to Xenoverse and Heroes. I mean the Xeno timeline (as in the one with Xeno Goku and shit) alone is LITERALLY just the Toei/GT timeline except the story didn't end after that.
And several of the Toei villains like Turles, Slug, Z Broly, and Janemba are a part of that timeline. So it's irrelevant of the Toei universe is bigger than the Super universe, it still scales.

Not that i'm against the Universe being infinite for games, but this is so wrong, the right thing would be to make a separate crt to make super cosmology reach the infinite Universe, but it was not done and the changes are being applied, when there is counter evidence of cosmology being infinite for the super

The only problem with this is that games use super cosmology for practically anything and contract the Universe being infinite, there is no way for one cosmology to be infinite and another to have an end in the same cosmology, and it was said that they would deal with the super and the games later, but the changes are happening.

Yes, it was removed! But there was no crt for the Universe to be infinite for the super, and Dragon Ball Super's cosmology is still treated as having a very grand ending in the Universe.

I mean at least with Heroes, infinite sized universes are irrelevant since Heroes characters already scale to Immeasurable because of its own uniqueness. But if you want to make the canon cosmology infinite sized so that the games aren't "contradicted" then be my guest.

This is because Super uses Kai as a reference for the flashbacks, even Bulma turning into a frog and other things happening.
