The thread seemed to be based on a misunderstanding due to vagueness of the 2-C explanation so it's not much of a downgrade anymore (since no ones scaling would be affected from what I can tell) but still the hell scans being removed is valid. Can you take a look and confirm if I can just go ahead and remove the hell scans or not?

It's home to 4 fighters who are stronger than at least 3 GoDs. (Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Gohan.) And they are close friends to another beyond GoD-tier dude (Broly), it's also home to a scientist who can make three GoD-tier Android fighters (Gamma 1, Gamma 2, and Cell Max) there's also another or maybe even two Androids that's possibly in the GoD-tier. (A17 and A18). It's also home to two Saiyan kids who is at least as strong as Buu Saga Goku was, some humans who can beat up Namek Saga Frieza, a scientist that's smart enough to create an actual time machine. It also has a set of Dragon Balls just for itself. And the planet itself being favored by an actual GoD.

SSG Goku during the Dyspo fight was treated as comparable to Hit, who is at least as strong as SSB Goku post-Future Trunks arc, who is at least 4.9 sextillion c
This means pre-UIO1 SSB Goku during the ToP should be at least 245 sextillion c (50 times 4.9 sextillion)
So every speed rating from pre-UIO1 SSB Goku and onward should be multiplied by 50

No because Hit was probably holding back or conserving stamina. Hit later went on to fight Jiren who sandbagged himself to the same level as when he fought 20x Kaioken Blue Goku and put up a better fight then the latter.

His RPL is strictly limited to his technique/hax and skill and not power. That was emphasized in U6 vs U7 tournament
