Was that ever a matter of debate? Buu can literally regen from smoke whereas we know for a fact that Cell's regen is, well, CELLular.

I'm just waiting for a character in the anime with low-godly regen or higher. Manga Zamasu has mid-godly iirc but the manga isn't often used for debates.

Idk if you're a OPM fan, but the OG OPM databook says some really silly shit. Like hyping up a character being able to stomp with the force of 100 tons, and that same character can literally wipe out town-sized areas of a city by waving his hand.
