Sure, the statements after explicitly say that they have the power to destroy the Universe itself. Along with the condensed energy ball having the same statements, and the guides which say the same thing. What am I ignoring? A Void literally is nothingness, and we literally see voids in Super, which again have no time and space.
I’m not denying the fact that there are no statements that mention time itself, but that doesn’t mean the statements made it explicitly cap at its material. Especially taking in the fact that it crossed multiple time-spaces.

Aaaah no, since you affect a whole space-time construction, you inherently affect past, present and future times, so a there is no need of a direct mention. Thats explained in the last tier 2 revision.

Are you sure? Old Kai mentions that the whole universe will be destroyed. And with "whole universe" it refers to the total construction of the universe 7 which is 2-C, so the destruction of this structure is a 2-C feat, so I have explained above.
This wiki deals with the universe as all of space-time, so destroying the entire universe, in this case, is equivalent to destroying all of its space-time, hence past, present and future times.
