That's not what I said. After your last response only Omega mentioned you and it wasn't even targeted at you, it was at everyone involved in the argument as a whole. Everything else was targeted toward the argument of Battle of Gods not being 2-C. And it's not like I approved of the heated conversation happening before this either.
 
Well, you could use the fact Gokus Genkidama from the saiyan saga would be planet level bare minimum being his strongest technique and it only gathered the energy of earth.

And quantification is really impossible. I.e., this "modern scaling" would result in nothing acceptable for the wiki, since there is no reliable source of how much energy one gets from star, planets, nor living beings.

wasn’t Goku worried his Spirit Bomb vs Freeza could destroy Namek? if I recall it pulled energy off the whole 3 star solar system Namek is located in.
IMO that coupled with King Kai statements gives a solid baseline for stars granting small planet to planet busting power at the very least, just multiply by how many stars there are in the universe.

In fairness, iirc Moro's proper translation was "every galaxy", and it didn't use the kanji for "all/whole" so it's not ambiguous.

I personally would say he won a Tenkaichi Budokai no earlier than the 16th or 17th Budokai since he would be either 15 or 20 respectively at the time and if we assume he was a king by then he can't be any younger than that (and even then saying he was 15 is a bit of a stretch)

The only instance of this I can remember is Time Skip. He's given tons of hax to the verse with The Grand Priest, OG-73. Moro, etc. The only issue is that Goku (the only character anyone actually cares about in DB battleboarding) doesn't have said hax or feats of resisting it.

I mean, Goku has hax. It’s just not balls to the wall, Pre-Crisis DC Comics Hax. Like, Goku can deconstruct matter with a point, turning it to Dust. He can erase mind, body, and soul from existence across time, (albeit imperfectly), by focusing his energy and directing the raw intent to destroy. He can stop you in your tracks, ceasing all of your motion, with a mere gesture. He can absorb energy, making the strength of others his own. He can grant energy, bestowing you with his power. With but a glance he can derive your combat skills, create counter-techniques, and perfectly mimic your abilities. With but a thought he can transport himself across space and time, traveling across the galaxy and dimensions. With naught but intent, he can link to the minds he so chooses.

It’s just not something incredibly complex and OP.

Yes. I was referring to Goku's hax relative to what the manga adds. The anime gives him feats against Time hax which the manga removes. The Hakai stuff is new to him in the manga but he has EE resistance in both versions. Everything else is also shared between the anime and manga.

So essentially in the manga you lose his resistance to time hax for him to gain a method of EE. Which is neat but still means he doesn't really benefit from all the crazy stuff Toyotaro has given to the Angels, Grand Priest, Moro, OG-73, etc. Even characters like Granolah and Gas have better abilities than Goku (Better IT, better Hakai, their own unique abilities, magic for Gas, etc) albeit Goku still has UI and experience over them.

And this is the overall 'issue' with people's perception of hax being somehow reduced in the manga. It's pretty much just Goku not doing that much new and losing powerful resistances compared to the anime. When on an objective level the manga has added tons of potent new hax to existing characters and new characters. Even Merged Zamasu gets pretty nice tradeoffs (infinite cloning, telekinetic choking, paralysis, matter manipulation, etc).

It's not that Goku lacks hax. It's that Goku doesn't gain any real new hax or resistance in the manga. The best he gets is a worse Hakai for losing resistance to time hax and that's pretty much it so far.

in comparison tho, DBH has Goku with plenty of beefy hax, that has to count for something, right?
