Well they don’t affect the actual tiers since they’ll be 2-C regardless but for fights I guess we’d need a scaling chain (even though we Didn’t have on before)

Oh yeah I just finished the Broly movie scaling

• Goku: Has been training to get stronger to fight stronger opponents after the ToP. Fought against Wrathful Broly in Super Saiyan Blue
• Vegeta: Has been training to get stronger in order to surpass Frieza after the ToP. Initially overpowered Broly with Super Saiyan, later matched him in strength. In SSJ God he easily overpowered a stronger version of base Broly
• Gogeta: He is significantly greater than the combined strength of Goku and Vegeta. As a Super Saiyan matched Super Saiyan Broly, in Super Saiyan Blue fought with Super Saiyan Berserker Broly at an advantage.

• Frieza: Has been training to get stronger, is noted as stronger than before by the director. Survived a severe beating from Super Saiyan Broly as Golden Frieza for slightly more than an hour

• Base Broly: Superior to base Vegeta, eventually grew strong enough to match SSJ Vegeta while still in base form
• Wrathful Broly: Unfazed by a punch from SSJ God Vegeta, easily overpowering him. Grew strong enough to completely dominated SSJ God Goku, fought against SSJ Blue Goku

I'm still happy with that, I don't really mind as long as they are 2-C.

Maybe infinite speed isn't reachable for Canon DB except Toei GT, but not that it matters. DBS characters stay strong

Ok so far I've just finished the Resurrection F to the Universe 6 saga, and here's a rough draft

Resurrection F:
Goku and Vegeta at this point have learned to use God ki without transforming into a Super Saiyan God, making them Universal in base form

• Final Form Frieza is weaker but somewhat comparable to Saiyan Beyond God / base form Vegeta or Goku
• Golden Frieza could contend with Super Saiyan Blue Goku, and SSJB Vegeta should be comparable to Goku

Universe 6 saga:

• Botamo could fight against an overfed Goku, although he was noticably weaker and slower than "normal" base Goku, but durable enough to survive all of his attacks.
• First Form Frost could slightly contend with base Goku, Second Form Frost overpowered base Goku, and Final Form Frost could barely contend with Super Saiyan Goku with the aid of his poison
• Piccolo could put up a good fight against Final Form Frost but was ultimately weaker
• Magetta was too strong for Super Saiyan Vegeta and easily canceled out his attacks with magma spit
• Base form Cabba could pressure and fight against base form Vegeta, in Super Saiyan he could negate an attack from Super Saiyan Vegeta (although Vegeta was likely holding back)
• A restrained holding back Hit easily defeated SSJB Vegeta at 1/10th strength and overpowered base form Goku. After getting serious he matched Super Saiyan Goku. After he stopped holding back and showed his true strength, he completely stopped Super Saiyan God Goku within the time skip

NOTE: Hit only stomped Vegeta because he was only at 1/10th the power of a Super Saiyan Blue. If Vegeta was in better condition he would have defeated Hit via SSJ Blue. Goku in Super Saiyan Blue shattered Hit's time skip and could have easily beaten him.

So nobody but Vegeta and Goku scale to their Super Saiyan Blue forms during this arc

No, but it's useful to have this outlined for future revisions. For example, if the next saga has statements related to Zeno scaling with Grand Priest. Most manga profiles just exist due to different events and continuing past the ToP.

There is actually an interesting feat on the manga, where champa and vados travel by themself form the universe to the Kaioshin realm, so that’s should be an infinite speed feat even more blatant than the anime.

Infinite speed has been debunked already for the manga, and as Leyphyr said that's off-topic for this thread.
