Unfortunately I haven't read too deep into the Granolah saga, so I only have:
- Goku: Has been training every day to unlock Ultra Instinct while still in base form
- Vegeta: Has been training every day to master God of Destruction power
- Monaito: Had a power level of 213, making him superior to the Dragon Ball cast during the 22nd Buddokai
- Pre-wish Granolah: Likely stronger than Monaito, who had a powerlevel of 213. Likely comparable to Flayk, a Cerealian that destroyed the moon. Likely comparable to his mother, who could break Bardock's shoulder paldron and slightly cut him. Stated to be stronger than Nappa and the Ginyu force, and around the level of Abo and Kado according to Toyotarou (4:15 mark)
- Post-wish Granola: Using the Cerelian Dragon Balls, he became the strongest warrior in the Universe
- Bardock: Fought against Gas, effortlessly caught an attack from Monaito, who had a powerlevel of 213
- Pre-wish Gas: Stronger than pre-wish Granolah, could stop a blast from Bardock. Stated to be stronger than Nappa and the Ginyu force, and around the level of Abo and Kado according to Toyotarou (4:15 mark)

It's worth noting that Toyotaro stated that Pre-Wish Granolah and Gas were 'probably' stronger than the Ginyu Force and definitely stronger than Nappa (5:16). He does also overall scale them to Abo & Kado but their power is a bit vague and they are considered non-canon.
Checking around there was actually a thread for this where people (including staff) were agreeing with it but...the revision never passed? Probably due to lack of attention? Might be worth bringing that back up again because Pre-Wish Gas and Granolah should be High 5-A.

Toyo simply says 'the Ginyu Force' and then iterates that he'd put them on par with Abo & Kado (who were said to be Freeza-level by Tarble, probably 1st Form Freeza). To keep things simple I'd just say 'Above Captain Ginyu' and leave it at that.

Granolah arc
- *Goku: Has been training every day to unlock Ultra Instinct while still in base form. When tapping into Ultra Instinct while in SSJ God, he was outpacing a casual clone of Granolah.,
- *Vegeta: Has been training every day to master God of Destruction power. Vaporized a blast from Granolah, when beginning to tap into GoD energy. Continuously grew stronger over the course of his and Granolah’s fight, eventually being able to barely fight against Granolah, but was easily overpowered
- *Perfect Ultra Instinct Goku: When in perfect Ultra Instinct, he had no vital points to be targeted according to Granolah’s clone, easily overpowered Granolah’s clone
- *Ultra Ego Vegeta: Began overwhelming the real Granolah, and continuously got stronger with every blow tanked.
- *Monaito: Had a power level of 213, making him superior to the Dragon Ball cast during the 22nd Buddokai and comparable to the King Piccolo saga
- *Pre-wish Granolah: Likely stronger than Monaito, who had a powerlevel of 213. Likely comparable to Flayk, a Cerealian that destroyed the moon. Likely comparable to his mother, who could break Bardock's shoulder pauldron and slightly cut him. Stated to be stronger than Nappa and the Ginyu force, and around the level of Abo and Kado according to Toyotarou (4:15 mark)
- *Post-wish Granolah: Using the Cerelian Dragon Balls, he became the strongest warrior in the Universe. - *Bardock: Effortlessly caught an attack from Monaito, who had a powerlevel of 213. After breaking his limits he managed to defeat unrestricted pre-wish Gas
- *Post Saiyan awakening Goku: Has regained his memories and gained understanding of Saiyan pride. By combining his Ultra Instinct Sign with his rage, he fought with Awakened Gas and was slightly stronger. By briefly tapping into Perfect UI, easily restrained Full power Gas
- *Post Saiyan pride awakening Vegeta: Has obtained a better understanding of Saiyan pride. In Ultra Ego he eventually grew strong enough to heavily harm Awakened Gas
- *Pre-wish Gas: Stronger than pre-wish Granolah, could stop a blast from Bardock. Stated to be stronger than Nappa and the Ginyu force, and around the level of Abo and Kado according to Toyotarou (4:15 mark)
- Post-wish Gas: After deciding to use his new strength, stomped dual eye Granolah
- Unrestrained post-wish Gas: Thoroughly stomped dual eye Granolah.
- Awakened Gas: After focusing his power, casually shattered both of Granolah’s arms, stronger than an unfocused PUI Goku and initial UE Vegeta
- Full Power Gas: By sacrificing his life force, he easily overpowered UI Sign Goku
- Frieza: Has been training extensively for nearly 10 years, in Black Frieza he oneshot full power Gas and a fully recovered UI Sign Goku and UE Vegeta
