The thing is that if Buu is destroying the whole universe in only a thousand years this would basically necessitate that he have at least a 4-A to 3-C rating, as Qawseed said.

Buu doesn't necessarily have to be destroying every single celestial object in that time. He could just be honing in on where he senses living beings and obliterating them.

Tbh given Buu lives for a super long time, he doesn't need to be 3-A to destroy the universe. 4-A or 3-C would've been more than enough.

i can see 4-A/3-C but not 3-A. anyway, this thread is bunk and needs to be closed. if someone wishes to argue 4-A or 3-C Buu scaling they can create a separate thread, to my knowledge that wouldn't go against any discussion rules since it isn't gonna be establishing 3-A, but probably requires an approved calc with an accepted timeframe first.
