Dragon Ball downgrades

Characters that scale to Tien during the 22nd Budokai are 8-A via scaling to his Kikoho .

However, this attack doesn't scale to Striking Strength/Durability. The attack is specifically treated as seperate from generic punches, and it's outright stated that Goku would've died if this attack made contact.

Unless there are other 8-A feats, the characters should be downgraded.

They shouldn't be at least 8-B just for being superior to a 8-B, By that logic #17 should be at least High 4-C since he's stronger than #18. Though i definitely agree with this for the most part.

That calc is wrong, there is no way that mountain is 1 kilometer tall, the diameter of the car would be like 35 meters.

Okay.

0.35 tons is around baseline 8-C. Tao effortlessly killed General Blue but idk if that's enough to warrant a Tier jump. So Tao, 21st Budokai Goku, and anyone who scales should probably just be 8-C (which in turn kills 8-B scaling).

There are a few potential feats though. We might be able to get KE from Tao throwing a pillar at mach 20.7777477. We could also calc Goku punching through an underwater rock formatio with his kamehameha but that looks 9-A at best.

I agree with High 8-C+, it helps scaling Tao as 8-B since he oneshotted him and nearly killed Goku. It scales to General Blue [Dura scale to ap] and General Blue Arc Goku [Defeated General Blue].

After I recalc'd it, I scaled it to the road underneath the mountain.
