Dr. Manhattan in REBIRTH

This would be a pretty big upgrade.

Is the same Dr. Manhattan what are we talking about? I'm guessing that there a posibility of an alternative Dr. Manhattan or something. Also, is he creating the Multiverse or the Universe? I'm guessing that if was the Multiverse, he would be 2-B

Considering the phrasing of "universes" in that scan he may have created or altered the entire DC multiverse.

Well, the local DC multiverse only consists of 52 universes, which is 2-C.

However, I though that he only changed the main universe's timeline, which is why we currently rate him as "At least Low 2-C".

Can somebody clarify?

Osterman created the 52 universes, but it would not let him bigger, since within the 52 universes exist minimally 11 Dimensions?

We need proof of that statement.

Also, no, creating 52 4-dimensional universes does not automatically involve all available higher dimensions, according to our standards.

A regular universe only contains 3 spatial dimensions plus time. That is it. Any statements to the contrary are an obvious inconsistency and misunderstanding.
