Okay. This is in desperate need of fixing.

According to the page, Doctor Strange scales to Kaecilius, who is: "Street level physically (An incredibly skilled martial artist, also casually decapitated a man with an energy blade)."

There are two main problems here.

  1. Kaecilius did not decpatiate him with an energy blade. He used a normal blade (Which is still not 9-C)
  2. Energy blades are magic. They are not physical strength
An incredibly skilled martial artist should be sufficent. But Strange is not an incredibly skilled martial artist. He can contend with Kaecilius because he has some training, but he is not on the same level.

He could be something like,"At least 10-A, possibly/likely 9-C."

That may be true, but that's not what it says. Also, can you show a clip. I could be wrong, but I don't remember that

Perhaps the justification text needs to be adjusted. Do you have suggestions?

Maybe, for Kaecilius,"An incredibly skilled martial artist. Trained for a long time under the Anient One."

And Dcotor Strange,"Fought well against the Zealots mostly because of his strength in their first match."

If you watch the clip, it seems that Doctor Strange survived less because of skill and more simply throwing his foes off.

Though, isn't it more consistent if Kaecilius used magic to escape (And I still think it makes more sense if Strange is,"At least 10-A, likely 9-C." But that is up to you).

But it is.
Decapitating a man is 9-C. The problem here is that Kaecilius never decapitated a man. He decaptated a man with a weapo. A 10-C child could do that.

But the energy blades have shown far higher feats, at least compared to his natural strength in Infinity War.

But anyone can decipitate someone with a blade. Even a 10-C child could do it.

It's not. Swords are sharp. You could easily cut through someone even if you are 10-C.

A child wielding a sword to cut someone's head? Extremely probable.

A child, teenager, adult, etc, could decapitate a man, but it would take repeated strikes (unless it's like an executioner's sword or something). Kaecilius did it with a single swipe, and he did it to another sorcerer, making the feat more impressive.

I looked at the scene again, and i was wrong, he did it with just some normal blade, not an energy blade. He also did it at an angle where it'd be virtually impossible to do it in one shot.

I don't think it's easy, as stated above my comment above. It's Master who thinks that.
