A while back there was a thread for a upgrade for the god tier of devil may cry but a few people disagreed with upgrade for three reasons I making this thread to counter those arguments and see if the upgrades we be made the first argument
"Base Dante is as fast as Mundus"
That is not true when Dante finally reached mundus at the end of the game Mundus attacked Dante before he could react and nearly killed Dante with out lifting a finger and in their second fight Dante couldn't defeat mundus with out the power of the sparda sword mundus would even call Dante's power weak
"Abigail is equal to mundus and is only sub relativistic"
The statement of Abigail being on mundus level is hyperbole Abigail has only shown a multi continent level feat where as mundus has higher feats of power
"Characters on mundus level have no mftl+ feats"
This is true in a way nearly all of the god tier has no ftl feats but mundus does so they should scale to mundus which they all ready do in everything thing else so their is no reason why they shouldn't scale to his speed as well if you look at other verse like bayonetta the god tier has ftl+ speed from scale from jubilues they have no ftl feats themselves but because they are on her level they should have the same speed as her so I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be the same for dmc
