Well, from what I'm reading, the Luminous Being and Beyonder have similar Attack Potency, so if they keep at it, either will win, then there's also their Hax but I think the factor that matters the most is:

Regen.

Lumi's Regen is more than The Beyonder can bypass with his Hax, so, I'd say Lumi with High Diff, if not, then Inconclusive.
