In my opinion, it has been clearly stated that space is beyond time. Even though they are called the remnants of the 2nd cosmos, the 2nd cosmos are outer space and yet it is said that they have no real form, they only take matter form, and as this panel says, 2nd cosmos =eternity but this is still beyond the 8th and outside of its existence, it is quite obvious outside the sphere of influence .
