MJs "kids" got the Wanda treatment (they weren't real) and her new "lover" Paul turned out to be not so perfect.
Not that it really matters in the long run, I'll give it one year tops (after MJ and Peter Parker inevitably get back together again) before something causes them to split up, yet again.

It's incredible that this run was so unbelievably bad that a man watching his kids fade away is actually a cause for celebration. Honestly it takes skill to be that bad of a writer to pull off something like this.

We could also say, hypertime thus although it is a branch, it is not necessarily 1:1 in all, we know that Earth-0 is used for a lot of continuities that exist in hypertime
