Also, whoever requested Ronald vs Cornel Sanders, as it turns out Ronald can actually do a good amount of the stuff his MUGEN character does, so unironically his MUGEN sprites actually work really well for him in a researched versus show.

Well they do say that any kind of publicity is good publicity. And while a lot of the DC vs Marvel matchups, and some of the non Marvel ones, can be pretty yawn inducing as long as it gets them ad revenue and sponsors then clearly they'll keep doing them if it means generating green

DC fanboys genuinely scoffed at Archie vs Wally being a close match, and of course the usual "Death Battle dosn't actually think the fatehax is real they just mentioned it so people wouldn't complain" horseshit.
And for a while if you even criticized Ben vs Hal you'd get DC fanboys telling you Hal actually wins and you're a ******* idiot.
Not to mention saying Kyle wins against Simon every time the matchup is brought up even if literally nobody asked.

Yeah, Ben had a real lack of things to use. I’m still pretty sure they had intended to have Teen Ben based off the voice, but no good sprite of him existed and he wasn’t worth making a custom one of.

You know what’s really underused in DB? Live action stuff. Outside of Star Wars, they haven’t had pretty much any live action shows or movies (that aren’t adaptions of non live action works like Harry Potter.) so what I’m saying is we need the Fast And Furious in Death Battle.
