Either two scenarios come to mind: Universal Super Shadow decimates Ryuko or Shadow's waifu snags a win by some miracle. The later is more unlikely but this is DB so anything's possible.

Has shadow ever wieldd thm like a sword? Because to bypass Ryuko's regen she has to b cut from both sides by blades moving in a scissor motion, otherwise she has dante style regen that has her haled bfore the attack has even finished damaging her
