High 5-A and Relativistic Steven based on his preview alone. Imo this could go either way depending on how they interpret Star, but if they accept her Uni AP and MFTL Attack Speed I’ll still lean towards her.
I predict one of these outcomes:
1: Star annihilates Steven if her Uni and MFTL interpretation is used.
2: They consider Star a glass cannon and too slow to react to Steven, getting one shot before she can bust out her win cons.

Here are the connections:
They are young teenagers living in futuristic worlds that have been hit with a major, life-changing cataclysm (Akira's Awakening and WWIII, Second Impact flooding much of the Earth).
Both were abandoned by their parents at a young age (Shinji by his father as his mom was dead, Tetsuo presumably by both of his parents).
Years later, they were given incredible science-based abilities for unjust reasons (Tetsuo's psychic abilities were drawn out by the Japanese government for bad purposes, Shinji was given the Evangelion Unit-01 because Gendo was a bitch and wanted to turn everyone into LCL).
Both characters developed an inferiority complex to someone close by (Tetsuo with Shotaro Kaneda and Shinji with Rei Ayanami), influencing all of their future decisions.
Eventually gaining the powers of a God, they kickstarted a cataclysmic event that was far beyond their comprehension that changed the world again (Akira's final act with the birth of a new universe, Third Impact in The End of Evangelion).
Both characters also come from some of the most influential and profitable manga and anime series to date and are known for being masterpieces of art and storytelling.
