This should really never happen. It's a stomp for Rick, he can come back from anything Valentine can do, do some prep after dying and then kill the president w/o any issue. Rick should firstly fight the Doctor, and secondarily Kang the Conqueror due to far more solid connections and it being a fair match. Funny has as much connections with Rick as with Senator Armstrong, and they both have as much little screen time and things going for compared to more hard to research characters.
